What the company does

We advise companies — their boards, owners and management teams — on strategy, organisation and operations, and on the investment questions that sit inside running a business: where to spend the company’s own capital, whether to acquire or sell a business, how to structure a growth round, and how to govern capital allocation. Why “invest” is in the name

Because the subject matter of much management consulting is investment: capital expenditure, acquisitions, business cases. The name describes that subject. It does not mean the company manages, receives or invests anyone else’s money, and it does not mean the company gives advice on shares, funds or any other financial instrument. What we do not do

• No portfolio management, and no receipt or holding of anyone’s money or securities.
• No services to private individuals or retail investors; companies only.

• No loans, credit, debt settlement or fundraising from the public.
• No statutory audit, bookkeeping or tax advice.
