1. Who operates this website

stakeradgivning.com is operated by Stake rådgivning og invest ApS, Anpartsselskab (ApS) — Danish private limited company, CVR 43059955, EU VAT DK43059955, registered office Kong Georgs Vej 38, 2000 Frederiksberg, Denmark, email marketing@stakeradgivning.com. The company was registered in the Danish CVR register on 07.02.2022; its registered industry code is 702000, Virksomhedsrådgivning og anden ledelsesrådgivning (business and other management consultancy activities).

2. What this website is

This is an informational business-to-business website for a management consultancy. It describes advisory services offered to companies. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it creates a contract. No product is sold here, no payment is taken here, no money is received or invested here, and no account can be created here.

3. Regulatory scope of the advisory services

Stake rådgivning og invest ApS is not authorised by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet) and does not carry out any activity that requires such an authorisation.

• No advice to anyone on buying, selling or holding shares, bonds, funds, derivatives, crypto-assets or any other financial instrument.
• No portfolio management, no discretionary mandates, and no receipt or holding of client money or securities.
• No placing, selling or marketing of shares or other securities, and no introducing investors to companies for a fee.
• No services to private individuals or retail investors, no loans or credit, and no projected or guaranteed returns.

Where this website uses the words “investment”, “portfolio”, “capital” or “venture”, it refers to a company’s own business investments, its portfolio of businesses and projects, and corporate-finance advice to companies — never to financial instruments. Nothing on this website, and nothing in any engagement, is a personal recommendation to buy, sell or hold a financial instrument, an offer of securities, or a promise of any return.

4. The capital sandbox is a discussion aid

The interactive sandbox on the home page runs entirely in your browser. It sends nothing to our server and stores nothing. It shows the shares you choose, how concentrated they are and where the mix sits on a qualitative strategy matrix. It calculates no return, forecast or amount of money, is not investment advice, and says nothing about the past or future performance of any company.

5. Requesting a consultation

By sending a request you confirm that:

• you are acting for a company or other organisation, not as a consumer or a private investor;
• the information you give is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
• you do not include inside information, passwords, or personal data of third parties.

Requesting costs nothing and commits you to nothing. A request creates no contract and no obligation on either side. If we propose work, its scope, deliverables, people, schedule and fee are set out in a written proposal, and nothing is performed or invoiced before that proposal is signed. We treat what you send as confidential and use it only to assess and answer your request.

6. Business we do not take on

Stake rådgivning og invest ApS does not provide, arrange, promote or support:

• advice on, or the sale, placing or marketing of, shares, bonds, fund units, derivatives, crypto-assets or any other financial instrument
• portfolio management, custody, or the receipt of client money or securities
• consumer credit, loans, debt settlement, credit repair or any lending
• fundraising from the public, crowdfunding, or any promise of a return
• gambling, betting or lottery businesses
• statutory audit, bookkeeping or tax advice
• anything unlawful in Denmark or in the jurisdiction where the advice would be used

Stake rådgivning og invest ApS is not connected with any betting, casino or crypto-asset business that uses the word “stake” in its name. A request in one of the categories above is declined without further review.

7. Intellectual property

The text, layout, code, seal and graphics of this website belong to Stake rådgivning og invest ApS unless stated otherwise. Rights in deliverables produced in an engagement are governed by the written agreement for that engagement. If you believe material published here infringes your rights, write to marketing@stakeradgivning.com with the work, the URL and the basis of your claim.

8. What we do not warrant

The website is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and available so far as we reasonably can, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Where services are agreed, the written agreement governs and this page does not vary it. No statement on this website is a guarantee of any commercial, financial or strategic outcome.

9. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Danish law, including liability for intent or gross negligence. Subject to that, Stake rådgivning og invest ApS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data or lost business opportunity arising from the use of this website.

10. Links

Where this site links to a public register or an official source, it does so so that you can check what we say. We are not responsible for the content of external sites.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are resolved by the competent Danish courts, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Nothing in this clause removes a right you may have under mandatory law in your own country. This website sells nothing to consumers; if you have a complaint, write first to marketing@stakeradgivning.com.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here when you use the site is the one that applies. Material changes are reflected in the review date at the top of this page.
